Privacy policy
This policy describes how we process personal data on the Webfészek site and in the course of our service. It also contains the current list of sub-processors referenced by the data processing agreement (DPA) we sign with our clients.

2. What we process, for what purpose, and on what legal basis
Enquiry by email
If you write to us with the “Get started” button, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, business name, current website, message content) for the purpose of getting in touch and preparing a contract. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
On-site AI assistant (chat)
A message you type into the chat is processed to answer it, using an AI provider as a sub-processor. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Please don't enter sensitive or unnecessary personal data into the chat — a real enquiry is made by email.
Technical data and cookies
The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. The hosting provider's technical logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) serve secure operation. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, during which the IP address may be transmitted to Google (an independent controller in this respect).
3. Processors and sub-processors
We use the processors below to provide the service. This is also the current list of sub-processors for operating client websites, referenced in the DPA. We inform affected clients in advance of any change.

4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. This happens only with the appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, SCC). We transmit only the minimal content needed for a reply to the AI provider.
5. Retention
We keep contact data until the matter is handled, or for the duration of our relationship, then delete it — unless a longer retention is required by law.
